Homemade rosemary wreath

I was very pleased with my first attempt of wreath making this year. I got the inspiration for this from this pic below on Pinterest. It just looked so easy and effective, plus I love the smell of rosemary so thought it would provide a very welcoming scent.

I began by buying a £3 whicker wreath base from Hobbycraft then I simply arranged freshly cut woody rosemary stems around this. I tried to arrange them so that they created a kind of crown at the head of the wreath. I tied the rosemary on with sections of twine like the picture above. Lastly I added a festive ribbon and hung to my front door using floristry wire.

Et voila!
